We saw a problem. We chose to help.
The informal arrangement keeps failing people who deserve better. Someone agrees to help. Then their own life happens; their own week, their own problems and the provisions arrive wrong, or late, or not at all. The person abroad finds out by chasing. There are no receipts. Nobody can explain where the money went.
I watched this happen too many times to people who were working hard abroad and trying to take proper care of their family at home. Root Network exists because that family deserves a professional solution, not a favour that depends on whoever happened to say yes that week.

What people ask before their first mission.
Can I pick the shop or market?
Yes. Tell us the shop, market, or brand you want. Tell us what to do if an item is out.
Do you buy medicine?
We need a valid doctor's note for medicine that needs one. We say no to any unsafe or unlawful request.
Can I plan a mission each month?
Yes. After your first mission, we can save your family's details, preferred items, brands, delivery address, and any special instructions. That means recurring missions take minutes to arrange. For families with ongoing needs, we can set a regular schedule so the right help happens each month without you having to plan it from scratch. Ask us about this on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
We send the full price in writing. We start after you say yes and pay.
Will I get receipts?
Yes. We send receipts, photos, proof of delivery, and a final mission report.
How long does it take?
Most missions take 48 to 72 hours after payment. Fast service may be open for some missions.
Do you work outside Lagos?
We now serve Lagos and Ibadan. We plan to reach more parts of Nigeria.
What if something goes wrong?
If an item is out, we ask you what to do. If no one is home, we call you. If traffic is slow, we tell you.
