Can you buy large items like furniture and appliances?
Yes. Tell us the item, size and delivery address. We check transport and access, then confirm the full price and timing. Assembly and installation are only included if agreed in your quote.
Can you shop for my home in Nigeria?
Yes. We can buy approved items for your home in Lagos or Ibadan. Tell us what you need and who will receive the delivery.
Can you do same-day shopping and delivery?
Yes. Place your order before 12 noon, Nigeria time (WAT). Same-day shopping and delivery costs extra. We confirm availability and the extra fee before you pay.
Do you only deliver in Lagos and Ibadan?
For now, yes. We shop and deliver in Lagos and Ibadan, and we’re expanding to more places. Ask us on WhatsApp if you need another location.
How long does delivery take?
Most standard Market Runs take 48 to 72 hours after payment. Large, custom-made or specialist items may take longer. We confirm the delivery date and any express option before you pay.
Can I set up a monthly Market Run?
Yes. After your first market run, we save your family's list, preferred brands, and delivery address. Monthly repeat orders take one message to arrange. We can also set a standing schedule so the market run happens automatically, with no starting over each month.
