Professional Nigerian ground services

Someone Is Going There For You.

Root Network deploys professional, verified field associates across Nigeria to deliver your care packages, check on your parents, pay your family's bills, inspect your property, and handle what distance makes impossible.

With full photographic evidence for every single mission.

We go there. A real person physically travels to the location.
We document it. Photos, receipts, reports, and check-ins for every mission.
You judge the proof. No two-word update. No guessing. Evidence in your hands.

The truth

The informal arrangement almost always fails. Here is why.

You asked someone you trusted. A cousin who agreed immediately and meant it. A family friend who was visiting Nigeria that month. A community contact whose number you found in a group.

They had every intention of helping. But they had no protocol. No check-in system. No documentation. No accountability structure. And on the day it mattered, something came up and nothing happened.

Root Network is the structure: trained field associates, written briefs, check-ins, receipts, photos, and a documented evidence package before the day ends.

Not a two-word update. Proof.

How it works

From your WhatsApp to their door.

1

You tell us what you need

Send a WhatsApp message. Describe the situation, the city, the recipient, and the list.

2

We confirm every detail

Scope, cost, timeline, substitutions, and the evidence you will receive are confirmed in writing.

3

Payment confirms the mission

You pay through a secure payment link. Nothing happens without your written approval.

4

We deploy and document

The associate buys, receipts, photographs, packages, travels, and checks in at each stage.

5

Your evidence package arrives

Photos, receipts, written report, delivery proof, and a permanent Evidence Vault entry.

What you actually receive

Not a message that says everything is fine. Evidence that it is.

When Root Network completes a mission, you receive a documented evidence package: a permanent record of exactly what happened, created in real time by the associate at the location.

You are not asked to trust us. You are given the evidence to make your own judgment.

Why Root is different

We do not work informally. We work professionally.

We go there.

A real person physically travels to the location. Not a phone call. Not a remote arrangement.

We document everything.

Every mission produces evidence. You are not asked to trust our word.

We tell you the truth.

Reports reflect what was actually observed, not what softens a difficult finding.

We protect your money.

Every naira sent for a purchase or payment is tracked against the named purpose and documented.

Straightforward pricing

Choose one order, or keep Root on standby.

Use the $45 one-off order when you need help occasionally. Choose a subscription when you already know your family will need procurement support every month. Subscription prices are shown as monthly equivalents, but billing happens by the cycle listed on each plan.

One Procurement Order $45

Handling fee per order. Item costs are charged separately at exact market price and confirmed before any purchase is made.

How billing works

Essential and Essence are billed quarterly. Complete is billed annually and includes two months free. Item costs are never bundled into the subscription; they are quoted, approved, receipted, and passed through separately.

Root Essential Procurement

$40/month

Billed quarterly at $120 every 3 months.

Best for one recurring family support order each month.

  • One complete procurement order
  • Stored recipient profile
  • Monthly market price alert
  • Priority 12-hour acknowledgement
  • Rate lock for 12 months

Root Complete Procurement

$130/month

Billed annually at $1,300. You get 2 months free.

Best for clients who want Root continuously available for the year.

  • Up to four complete orders
  • Everything in Essence
  • Video delivery moment on every order
  • After-delivery wellbeing note
  • Split delivery up to two locations
  • Monthly market report
  • Annual procurement summary

Coverage

Currently operating in Lagos.

Root Network is currently operating in Lagos State with expansion to the South West, North/FCT, and South East underway.

If your family is in a state not yet covered, contact us. We maintain a priority waitlist for every expansion region and reach out when we go live.

Before you WhatsApp

The questions people ask when they are almost ready.

What happens after I WhatsApp Root Network?

A person replies. We ask what is going on, what you need bought or delivered, who should receive it, and where it needs to go. Then we send a written brief with the list, budget, timeline, fee, and evidence you will receive. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.

Why is this better than sending money to a cousin?

Your cousin may mean well. That is not the issue. The issue is structure. Root gives the job a brief, a budget, check-ins, receipts, delivery proof, and someone accountable for closing the loop.

What exactly does the $45 handling fee cover?

It covers confirming your list, checking market prices, sourcing the items, photographing items before purchase, collecting receipts, packaging the order, sending departure updates, delivering it, confirming receipt, and writing the delivery report.

How are the subscription plans billed?

Root Essential is $40/month, billed quarterly at $120. Root Essence is $70/month, billed quarterly at $210. Root Complete is $130/month, billed annually at $1,300, so you get two months free. Item costs are quoted and paid separately for each order.

Do you make money from the item prices?

No. Root earns the service fee. Item costs are passed through at market price. You see receipts, and any unspent balance is accounted for in the financial summary.

What if the market price is higher than expected?

If an item costs more than the approved estimate by over 10%, we pause. You get the update and decide whether to approve it, change the item, or skip it. We do not spend above your approval.

What if an item is not available?

We tell you before replacing it. If there is a sensible substitute, we send the option for approval. If you do not want a substitute, the item is skipped and the money assigned to it remains unspent.

What proof do I actually receive?

You receive item photos, receipt photos, an assembled-order photo, a sealed-package photo, delivery proof, recipient acknowledgement, and a short report showing what was bought, where, when, and for how much.

What if my family member is not home?

We confirm availability before delivery. If they are unexpectedly unavailable, we contact you for the next instruction. We do not leave packages with random people or improvise without approval.

Can Root buy anything?

No. We do not buy illegal items, unsafe items, or prescription medication without a valid prescription. If something on your list creates a risk, we say so before accepting the job.

Who sees the photos, receipts, and recipient details?

You and the Root operations team handling the mission. We use the information to complete and document the job. We do not share family details or mission evidence publicly without written permission.

What if Root makes a mistake?

We document the issue, explain what happened, and fix what is within our control. If a purchase, handoff, or delivery problem is caused by our execution, we treat it as an operations failure, not your problem to chase.

Where is Root operating right now?

Lagos first. If your family is outside current coverage, WhatsApp us anyway. We will tell you plainly whether we can serve the location now or add it to the expansion waitlist.
