How we use and keep your details.

1. What we may keep

We may keep your name, email, phone number, and place. We may also keep family details, mission lists, costs, photos, receipts, reports, and your messages.

2. Why we use it

We use these details to read your request, send a price, do the work, talk with you, send proof, fix issues, and make our service better.

3. Your family details

We use your family member's name, phone number, address, photo, and delivery notes to do the work you approved. We do not post these details or photos unless you say yes in writing.

4. Website forms

We use form details to read and answer your request. In the future, we may keep forms in a safe online system and send an email to say we got your form.

5. Who may see it

We only share details with our team, the team member doing the work, payment or message services, and sellers who need the details to complete your mission.

6. How long we keep it

We keep work notes, receipts, reports, and proof when we need them. This helps us answer questions, follow the law, fix a dispute, and show your mission history.

7. Website statistics

We count page views, how often people reach the main sections of our homepage and Introducer page, plus shopping categories and packages on our Services page, and key actions, such as which buttons are clicked, planner steps and completed plans, successfully saved enquiries, and application link clicks, to improve the website. Our counters use no analytics cookies, browser storage, visitor IDs or device fingerprints.

We keep daily totals for each page, section and action for up to 90 days. A section counts once per page load when its heading or opening label becomes visible. These totals do not show where an individual person left the website. These statistics do not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, WhatsApp messages or individual browsing histories. We do not count activity when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, approximate countries, pages, sections and button use. Google Analytics runs only after you accept; choosing “No thanks” stops Google Analytics while our cookie-free daily counts continue. These are separate reports. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Our Google Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers or WhatsApp message text. We exclude page query strings and do not use Analytics for personalised advertising. Google handles its analytics service under its privacy policy.

Our server receives connection information needed to deliver the website, but it is not included in these statistics. The Market Run Planner may save your draft on your device so you can continue it later; that storage is separate from our counters.

The Introducer application opens on Google Forms. Google handles that form and any cookies it uses under its privacy policy. Our website counts application link clicks; these do not mean an application was submitted.
