Rules for using Root Network.

1. What we do

Root Network plans, buys, delivers, and sends proof in Nigeria. We only follow a plan that you approve in writing.

2. Prices and payment

We send the full price before work starts. It may include item costs, our work fee, delivery, a rush fee, or other agreed costs. We start after you approve the plan in writing and pay.

3. Item prices and receipts

Item costs are not part of our work fee. We send receipts when the seller gives one. We show any money left. An item, price, or quality may change before we buy.

4. Delivery time

Most missions take 48 to 72 hours after payment. A 24-hour rush mission may cost more and may not always be open. Traffic, rain, stock, safety, or no one being home may cause a delay.

5. Photos and reports

We send photos, receipts, proof of delivery, and a written note when needed. We also use this proof to check our work.

6. Items we will not buy

We will not buy an unlawful or unsafe item. We need a valid doctor's note for medicine that needs one. We may say no if a request may cause harm, fraud, or other risk.

7. Delivery details

You must give us the right name, phone number, address, and delivery notes. If no one is there, we will call you for the next step.

8. Problems and fixes

If we cause a problem, we will show what went wrong and fix what we can. We are not at fault for false details, items that are out, seller changes, or a problem caused by the person who receives the mission.
